AMASS has a bid security process that aligns with best practices that is provided by way of a bank guarantee issued by a reputable bank that is acceptable to the procuring entity. Further, in relation to the procurement of goods and services, the provision of a performance guarantee is a precondition for the award of any procurement contract upon which a mobilization fee has always been paid, due to our demonstration of excellence.

Among other things, AMASS maintains the following standard practices in its operational guarantee: (a) meet the minimum eligibility requirements stipulated in the solicitation documents; (b) have been duly signed; (c) are substantially responsive to the bidding documents; and (d) are generally in order.
